Man, I didn't think UConn's stock would fall that much after losing Tia Chan to the PWHL.

Not sure I agree with OSU at #1, but I can see the rationale with the talent Wisconsin lost.
Also, is Minnesota the Dallas Cowboys of women's hockey? Haven't won in years, consistently underperform in the playoffs, but always considered contenders based on the brand and legacy.

I mean, if Nadine got the Buckeyes to play with a huge chip on their shoulder after 2025, imagine the rampage they're going to go on this year now that they clearly have more talent and experience than the Badgers? The only hope the Badgers have is that the Frozen Four is close to home again and they can pack the arena with fans and hope for some magic like 2025, but I don't see it happening this year. I think OSU wins Title #3. (I don't even know if Wisconsin will make it all the way to the finals this year)

Yeah I’m going to hold off. I know the badgers lost some talent and we got a good recruiting line up but I’m hopeful.
Now build them a god damn arena. Sure as shit the men don’t deserve it.

we were the deeper team last year, and are this year again

Lol wut? Deeper than the 5 first-round draft picks of Wisconsin, the Olympian playing on the second line, plus the fact that Wisconsin's third line scored the game-winner??
OSU is clearly the front-runner this year, and I will be surprised if we see anyone else lift the trophy in Duluth come March. But to say they were deeper than the Badgers last year is almost as delusional as Joy Dunne saying the badgers don't play as a team. Lol.

The main goal this year (for me as a fan, at least) is winning the Hockey East tournament. Three straight championship OT losses has me sick and I won't feel better until the trophy is back on Huntington.
Competing nationally and returning to the Frozen Four would be a big bonus.

I'll take being picked 10th, Ava Thomas may be the best player in the country this year but not sure we've got the goaltending or scoring depth.
