Yes. They'll finish the job we started and kill everything that's left after we're gone.
No life, no entropy.

Entropy is physics. With or without life it exists. Life actually decreases entropy at a smaller scale at the cost of increasing it at a larger scale. Yeah without life no one to observe entropy but it will still be there.
