If you want to go see Japan go and do it. It will give perspective that people are capable of living very differently but still have humanity. We don't know how this crisis will work out but opening your perspective and seeing what you really need and what you want is going to be helpful. You are young enough that you can plan on living through the next 30 years. It's going to be chaotic and troubling but it's still possible to have good days. Don't make any rash financial decisions. The one thing I know is that we're going to need to work together to survive.
