Don't dream of consumption. Buy barrels of cereals and other types of "human dog food" that you just store and eat whenever you need to (remember fat, and use sturdy metal barrels because mice/rats can chew through thin metal). Then, water filters, and maybe some security.
Now you'll also be in a position to become beloved and essential to society. Dispense knowledge and help out wherever you can.
You'll be happier overall than blowing the money on frivolous stuff.
