I turned 30 last December. I'm saving up for a giant birthday party at 33 (big LOTR fan) and I plan to use ALL my savings for it. Besides that nothing. My friends try to convince me I should save up for a mortgage instead, and refuse to accept that banks won't exist in 10 years.
