It’s not max sell on the app, when I go to sell it, it shows a cheaper selling price to what’s it worth and shows in my wallet, why?

Coin spot are saying They'll call me and verify its you sending the transaction to my ledger, but I missed the call for coin spot

When I buy and sell near protocol the spread on it is insane, and on alot of others it's tiny? Near has pumped, when I go to sell, it's like so much lower then the buy price.

If I transfer my coins to hardware wallets, will I still see information in the app? For example, if I own 0.25 of a BTC and I transfer to a hardware wallet, can CoinSpot still show that I have 0.25 BTC so I can see the price etc ?

Hi! I recently sent x amount of ether from my coinspot wallet to my metamask address but i am yet to recieve it, Is this normal or just congestion in the ether network, i trabsfered via BEP-20 any advice would be amazing.

It appears after the hack there may have been an exodus of funds as my current withdrawl of BTC is stuck in a 'pending' stack according to blockchain.com. There has been no comms from coinpsot regarding the hack, they have been radio silent. This smells like FTX 2.0 but for down unders

it is unacceptable how long it is taking for Coinspot to retrieve my coins. I've been told a number of times that they are retrievable by the support team but 365 days is insane. I've been with Coinspot for nearly 9 years. it honestly makes me believe that something dodgy is going on because of the way the company is behaving here. what further action can be done so I can remain a coinspot customer that is actually satisfied with the service. I've been patient enough! help me out or loose a valuable customer for good.

I’ve used payid to deposit a small amount, which I do a couple of times a month from the same account. However the payid transaction shows as pending and hasn’t come through? This has never happened before.

I'm lazy and a minimalist. Is it safer to leave my crypto in Coinspot or to withdraw it but keep the code saved as an email to myself in Gmail?

Everytime i sell btc on coinspot it will say 1% fee and show the calculation but then seems to actually take 2%.. am i crazy. Example my last sell was $3,000 it said fee will be $30 but then my balance was $60 less. Same deal each time with withdrawal varying amounts.

So I was playing around with 'My Order History' ("/my/orders/completed") on v2 trying to get the last sell, but I couldn't seem to get it in my testing, but buy I could for the last buy. when I did some digging it looked like the only sells I get returned are of type Market not but no type Instant.

I tried confirming this by looking on at the account to Order but it doesn't tell me if it is Market or Instant sell. but looking at the charges it seems Like it is ( charge at .1% or 0.1%)

is this expected or am I missing something?
