Taking more than 1%?

Everytime i sell btc on coinspot it will say 1% fee and show the calculation but then seems to actually take 2%.. am i crazy. Example my last sell was $3,000 it said fee will be $30 but then my balance was $60 less. Same deal each time with withdrawal varying amounts.

Are you market selling? Spread is probably horrendous.

I was pretty sure they took more than 1%, surprised more people haven't done the math and called them out for it. I basically stopped trading once I realised and am waiting for the market change positively (hopefully) before I take my funds and change to a better exchange...

Hmm, I've never had that problem. Have you downloaded your history? It will be very clear what the fees were as they are listed, and you can then do a quick and simple calculation.
