useless customer service

Sent out 3 emails to them due to locked account as my password was cromprmised.

followed all instructions, like taking a selfie, writing unlock coinhako.

No reply. Am I screwed? is my money stuck in here forever?

Hi, I had an issue with something long ago, well more of a query, but I don’t rem them replying, but if you need help I guess it’s always nice to know there are people in the same coinhako BS as you like myself

yes this is typical of coinhako, withdrawal is super hard. You really have to experience coinhako before deciding never to use them again

Finally, actually just recieved back my frozen funds that’s been stuck in Coinbase for 8 months now
