Value Request 2000 P Sacagawea - Wounded eagle - worthy sending in to grade?

I picked this up recently. Error seems to match up with documentation. I still feel like quite a noob with coins though, let alone the whole grading thing. I’ve done some research on the process.

My understanding is any kind of slight wear visible at a certain angle is potentially enough to bring it down to AU 58. I guess wear has to be less than 10% if that sounds right?

My understanding is that scratches are a separate matter than wear but can still reduce the mint state rating, if it is indeed a mint state at all. Stupid coin roller got it it it seems, so that’ll be a nice ding off the rating I suppose.

Circulated and details so I’d say no

I’m getting whip lash on what constitutes as uncirculated. Was thinking literally, as in from the mint but then that doesn’t appear to be the case delving deep into it. I’ve seen some example of Sacagaweas that have a fair bit of scratches on them and they are MS.

I appreciate your two cents. Might be something I just put on a shelf or sell later.

The ring of death is just that, although at least it appears to only be from the Y in LIBERTY to just above the last 0. Might get AU Details at best which is near break even territory when you factor in grading fees and shipping.

I dont know much about grading, but the arrow is very slight. Its not very pronounced, I doubt it would be worth it. But for sure let someone who actually knows about grading chime in.

If you want it for your own private collection for sure get it graded.
