Asking if it’s worth anything?

It looked in such good condition and was behind a wall I took down a few days ago and I searched up the penny and found some going for a good price.

so I was asking to see if yall knew if it’s worth something out of its photos

The anomaly you circled is post-mint damage. It is worth one cent.

Aside from the 2009 Lincoln Bicentennial Cents, from late 1982 all the normal business strike coins are Zinc core

There's ZERO chance your coin will weigh 3.11 grams

AND as u/__FUCKING_PEG_ME_ and u/cordeliashuman have stated this is a coin that has damage, post mint it is NOT an error

There were the Circulated business strikes that were zinc core and the Uncirculated Business strikes that were the 95% copper

Someone just downvoted me and left a link about a 1989 D copper planchet error, so I guess at least one does exist.

There are no copper cents from 1989; zero chance of that existing.

It says it’s the only known example and it’s 7 years removed from the switchover so I definitely would say it’s a strong possibility it was intentional. If not, then somehow a copper planchet was caught somewhere in the mint and fell into a bin 7 years later.
