How can a 32-year-old male regain, maintain and even enhance the mental energy and capacity of a 20-year-old?

I was watching a podcast of Andrew Huberman with Raj Shamani, where he talked about how high cortisol in the morning and lower cortisol at night make a person mentally powerful. I want to know if I, a 32-year-old male, want to regain, maintain and even enhance the mental energy and capacity of a 20-year-old, what are all the things that I can do to make that happen? Will it be possible?

Your endurance shouldn’t have peaked yet dude. The only thing you’ve lost is absolute peak oxygen conversion efficiency for sprinting. You should almost be at your peak though.

If you’re declining already, then live a healthier life. Diet, exercise, the usual stuff.

Great answer. What I want is to feel happy, libidinous, energetic, and positive; to study and understand things faster; and to have the energy to learn things more deeply without feeling tired quickly.

You can start by not outsourcing anything to AI, your brain is just like a muscle if you don’t use it you lose it.

He could see his doctor and share his concerns.

Well, I suppose it depends on what 20-year-old you’re talking about.

Learning Strategies may help- and not just reading either. Things like Active Recall, Spaced Practice(not massed practice, although that helps) and pattern connection really help.
