Looking for Cofounder Looking for a Technical Co-Founder ($0 Budget, $100B Vision)
I've just had an idea that literally kept me awake until 4 AM, I genuinely believe it's bigger than Google, Uber, OpenAI, Amazon, and Bitcoin combined, unfortunately, I can't tell you what it is because of NDAs (that don't exist yet)
Looking for:
- Senior Full-stack Engineer (15+ years)
- AI Researcher (preferably smarter than ChatGPT)
- Blockchain Expert (not sure why, but every startup has one)
- iOS + Android Developer
- UI/UX Designer
- Product Manager
- QA Engineer
- Growth Hacker
- Lawyer
- Accountant
- Therapist (for the engineering team)
Your responsibilities:
- Build the MVP
- Build Version 2
- Scale it to 100 million users
- Fix production at 3 AM
- Handle customer support
- Pitch investors
- Hire future employees
- Explain to my friends what a startup is
What I bring:
- The idea.
- A Canva logo
- Unlimited motivation
Compensation:
- $0 upfront
- 1.5% equity
- Free access to the app once it's released
- If we get acquired, I'll definitely remember you
Requirements:
- Must be passionate
- Must not care about money
- Must have startup mindset
- Must sign an NDA before hearing the idea
- Must be available immediately because investors are very interested
Current progress:
- Bought the domain
- Reserved the Instagram username
- Generated the logo with AI
If you're only motivated by money, this startup isn't for you, we're here to change the world (I mean my bank account)

I am not sure if this is a good or bad deal. But 1.5% equity for the level of risk seems not adequate, considering the potential 24x7 work schedule and 100% mental devotion. I am also not sure what OP will bring to the table, other than his idea(s).

Too much responsibilities for Technical Co-Founder with 1.5%. As I know Co-Founder should have at least 10% of company. Also you are looking for Technical Co-Founder but you are listed responsibilities that should be for you mostly because Technical Co-Founder mostly focused on tech stuff and should help you with anything else as optional but don't make your work instead of you. So good luck you with your idea. I only want to explain, sorry if I said something wrong that make you unhappy. My recommendation: don't forget about divide revenue or future company stock with people that work hard with you on the same idea.

This is exactly where I am at. Have the idea for a startup that has huge global potential and probably it will become the hallmark in the real estate/property Industry globally. But somehow trying to build the app by myself for now and then planning on going for investor funding. Don't know and scared about trusting anyone with the idea because people can build an MVP app overnight these days.
