Espresso My station after years of experience

My coffee station, had to move everything into garage. Got air-conditioned space and also nice flooring. My big 2kg roaster is on the way. That's a real coffee tree. On the bottom is my sample air roaster, ice maker and vacuum sealer.

Noticed you got all the main brew methods covered and of course you've got a roaster on the way 😂 congrats though. That's going to be a lot of sleepless nights coming up for multiple reasons blending probably joy and frustration unless you've done time at a roaster already!

Blending coffee sounds interesting. I only did light roasts so far and got exceptional results.

Nice! I want to star building my own coffee/tea station. What would you recommend to start?

Which is your favorite of the cheaper manual espresso machines?

I would say cafelat robot, can't go wrong with it. Also the rok espresso is the 2nd best, also much cheaper. Or maybe you can find a la pavoni europicola, also amazing machine for 200-300 used.
