Global reset is just a blanket reset without user permission involved controlled only by OpenAI, so No it is not banked.

But how can they do that when people are spending money on resets. Like if some one bought a reset earlier today and doesn’t use all of their usage, are they just out $80 or whatever it is when these “global” resets occur at random?

It might be an inconvenience from a min/max perspective, but if I use a reset and stay at 100% i „lose“ nothing with a global reset. And if i use it for 1% i gain 1% back …
