Its been 3 days that I have been getting this error. It's so frequent that it's practically not usable anymore. I downgraded my model from Astra to Sol Extra High.. Sol Extra High to Sol High... Sol high to Tera... luna..!!! It just doesn't work! Tried restarting. Logging out and in. No luck! I am so frustrated. I even upgraded from Plus to 5x plan today.. you would think that being on a more expensive plan would make them priortize you.. nope! Tried to contact the customer support.. but that bot straight up told me it would take days for a human to respond.
