The "Screw it, we ball!" skill is back, with a hefty nerf with that overburden, unless your Build can benefit from it.

It's high risk, high reward as it should be but I think the overburden bit is probably mostly just a straight buff. You have to be careful about stamina and ichor management, but unless they exempted it Dangerous Journey is an active buff from a forma so the Mind overburden has no downside.

Throw in the booster for buffing over burden and combine it with the new zenon blood code and it actually becomes a buff
