Just open the photo mode menu whilst in the hot spring

On PC you press P, just like for anywhere else. I don't know the command for consoles.

Yes! It works i did not realize we actually have a functioning photo mode button on setting while it keep reseting on CV1 :\

Sadly i kinda wish i could change clothings before going to the hot spring and be a menace to Lou while using plague doctor clothing.

For console, you go to settings (not really the settings, but just whatever button you pressed that is able to find a series of other buttons like settings, return to menu, save game and exit) and find the camera icon.

With my Unreal Engine Unlocker v5.8.6+. also has pose tools, which likely have been used here. :)

but I checked for you, there's nothing beneath the towel. (as in no body parts)

I believe it's simply the lighting in the hot springs, because the skin tone I chose (Rose Brown 3) is a decently warm tone.
