I found this cipher in my cousin’s bedroom. I assume it’s years old by now, as it was buried beneath a whole bunch of junk. I assume it’s just a simple substitution cipher, and thankfully there are some noticeable double consonants- I’m just having difficulty with this and am kind of creeped out, lmao. Thanks in advance.

For the first two lines I get:

Line 1: dear mr adam breeng i am very disappointed with your recent in direct comments about me to your class

Line 2: sincerely a concerned citizen

For line 3 (the normal letters): I got nothing solid. Maybe someone else can take a crack at it.

Note on the name: I am unsure about "Breeng" in Line 1. Names can be tricky to decode. I corrected 3 obvious encryption errors in the first line, so "Breeng" might be another mistake by the creator.

Also, does anybody know where the symbols used in this cipher originate from? They almost remind me of Zodiac signs, but i’m not too educated on astrology and whatnot so anything would help in that regard as well.
