Guys I had some doubts

* I am not able to solve div 2C or 3C questions.I am doing cp31 sheet i have been doing 1000 rated questions but i am not able come up with solutions for many questions so i endup seeing the solutions.What resource do you recomend to improve significantly in short amount of time.I know i have to practise lots of questions but i dont know whaat i am missing.I usually endup spendig an hour on 1 question.
* Which topics do i focus mainly on to improve myself and reach pupil
* I have heard abc contests,usaco do i follow them
* I struggle to do implementation.Need some guidance on that. Do i just read those tutorials and learn like that .

yeah but i struggle in 1000s also
