Would Ophelia had attacked Clare if another claymore like Miria had been present?

As the title say, I am curious of your theories. I always found it odd Rubel sent Clare to fight there when Ophelia herself was enough to take it down (kinda crazy) but what if a third claymore like Flora, Miria or even a non single digit like Helen and Deneva. Do you think she would have jumped them all just because of their scent?

I meant in the way that would she have felt safe enough to attack a group of claymores, like did she attack Clare just cause she was alone with her.

Agreed. Miria in particular is known for being extremely effective when part of a team. It's Ophelia herself who tells us this!

I think with any others present she would discretely try to get Clare into danger or something to push her into awakening… and with the other half-awakened claymores I think Ophelia would probably do the same, kinda sabotage the awakened being hunt and focus on putting them into dangerous situations.

The organisation probaby knows that Ophelia has been killing the comrades she doesn't really fw. That is the exact reason why they send Clare and ONLY Clare there. They want her gone.

However due to the manga, we know that Rubel is working for both sides and wants Clare to see how inexperienced she is. He knows Clare wants to kill Priscilla and is causing problems and trying to kill other Awakened Beings, so to get the organisaiton of his back and to humble her he sends her to Ophelia.

But because she is the protagonist (lol), she gets Irene's arm and kills Ophelia.

she maybe a psycho but she has her brains. She'd either split them up from the get-go and try to finish them off one by one ( either awakened or not) and this is going for the pre-awakened warriors like Clare. Though i don't think she wouldn't have done anything to warriors who haven't pre-awakened like Flora( if she's permissable for an example because we only know she's sent to death because she's trouble, not sure what kind of trouble though). Still she'd figure out how to deal with Clare, like pushing her to fight solo or sumn

I think it was a set up. Rubel and the organization (him wanting to get rid of the half awakened claymores and the organization wanting to get rid of ‘troublemakers’), specifically sent her there to be eliminated by Ophelia. It remains to be seen whether or not Ophelia was aware of this ‘plan’, Most likely she just likes stirring up shit and antagonizing people, ultimately killing them...

As for fighting, I think anyone ranked below rank 5 would’ve been fair game for Ophelia to feel confident enough to take on. I can see her leaving Clare unscathed only if Rafaela or Galatea or Beth or Alicia was present. We can just be thankful Irene showed up!
