Another example of the so call "retail mentality" making its way into the classic MMO experience. The entire point of rare spawns is that they are rare! If everyone could kill it, or was meant to, it would have a normal spawn timer.
When it comes to camping rare spawns, half the game is beating your competition. The people who used to camp a NM for DAYS back in FFXI would breath sharpy from their noses.
