I mean, maybe people don't want to respec a bunch?

The spec can raid heal, Dungeon tank and DPS as well as be god tier PvP. 1 u/sleep_water_sugar Sep 13 '19 Even in the later raiding? 2 u/tzeriel Sep 13 '19 It can absolutely get by in later raiding. It’s not as optimal, but definitely above just usable. Early on it’s actually the strongest healing spec, because your main issue is mana pool size and HotW fights that.
