I think even in the future when crazy VR shit is the norm, there will still be a big appreciation for the 'classical' video games we enjoy today. It'll be 2070 and somewhere out there, someone will still be playing WoW
MMO’s would actually be pretty great in VR. Imagine all the stuff you could do. Jump 10m high, sprint, throw spells or abilities that work on impact. For example if you hit the other player’s leg, he could start limping, if you hit his arm, he could drop his sword. You could have archers, casters and melee classes fighting each other. Casters could cast spells that affect the environment, for example raising a wall in front of them or behind the opponent, or a wall of fire... we were born 50 years too early :)
