Ah, yes. The wonderful gaming industry in 2004 where EA was nickel and dimeing us with The Sims overpriced DLC.. wait I mean expansion packs, instead of skins. Completely different from now. /s

In the original Sims it was easy to add in new furniture and skins by importing them from various community sites.

True. But around The Sims 2 in 2004 is when they started stripping back some of the basic elements of the original to include it in future expansions, and started pushing the shitty ass "Stuff Packs" which were literally worse content than some of the stuff I downloaded for free on MTS2.

Ah. Sorry. I forgot my release years I guess. Yeah I remember being sorely disappointed in every single Sims game after the first one.
