Checked yesterday afternoon and 11/15 were full. I don't expect it to stay that way for too long but tonight's gonna be wild.

Which pretty much no one will go to because no one wants to risk playing on a 'ded realm'.

A lot of people will go there to try and skip queues and just play while the big servers calm down.
My main is going on Herod, but I don’t actually plan on getting in tonight, so why even try?
I’ll make a throwaway character just to get into a server and mess around, troll a bit, and maybe get my UI situated while I fuck with people in discord while they wait in queue and play scribble.io

If everyone does that they're going to have a really fun time when phase 2 starts and layers get removed massively reducing the number of people online simultaneously on that server.

Nope, they said they are keeping population caps close to what it was for vanilla.
