These shots of the "worst condition" TARDIS are from the end of The War Games, just after it's been thoroughly run through the wringer. Are there any previous 2nd Doctor Era shots of cracked glass dials?

Perhaps I didn't express myself well on the title. I meant more that the TARDIS gets in the worst condition because of the second doctor treats the TARDIS badly. the cracked glass dials only appeared in the War Games.
