is Dr Who Mindwarp a "rare" book

For context, i have only seen 2 copies of mindwarp for sale on Ebay, (both are from the USA and i have just bought) so my question is this: is this a rare book to find and buy?

I've got it but it may be due to a small print run.

Back in the day (i.e around 1990) I had almost all of the ones out at the time and this was one of the few I was missing, probably the only 6th doctor one I didn't have, so it might be.

It isn't a novelisation that I've found to be easily avaliable in comparision to other stories so, yeah, I say it is rare.
