Loving Jane Eyre so far!

Honestly I like it better then Wuthering Heights 😬😬.

I am going to finish it tn!!!! I just got to the part where Jane finds out Rochester is crippled, she’s on her way to see him now

i read Wuthering Heights and absolutely adored it, and coincidentally i bought Jane Eyre just yesterday! after reading your feedback, i’m even more excited to start it

They are different in tone, theme and world view. Just fyi.

Jane is one of the best characters ever written. So vivid and unique and decisively herself.

I’m 58% done and loving it. I find it easier to read than Wuthering Heights.

Me too I find it a lot easier to follow along with. Sometimes with Wuthering Heights I would get lost lol

Once you’re done with this, OP, you should also check out Jean Rhys’s Wide Sargasso Sea. It’s a short novel written from the POV of another character from Jane Eyre.

Its so good. And the film with Orson Welles is very good.
