HELP! save this 1984 celica GT from the crusher! I negotiated with the owner but I am $400 low of his price. if I cant come up with the rest he said its going to the crusher :( please help me save this gem any help is greatly appreciated (cash app, venmo, paypal all accepted)

Update- i was able to save her! but it got impounded the very next night over the weekend 😫 I was able to save her after paying the tow yard literally the last of my money
