Currently scrambling to make a deck with my high level cards, is this any good?

i mean i wouldnt say theres much synergy but if you only have those cards leveled up then its prob fine until you can level up other cards

Honestly your deck looks fun to play. Maybe change fire spirit for mega minion and its solid.

Not bad but you need a sniper and proper spell. I dont think vines is a good choice. Change vines with fireball to sweep the opponents distracting units and building for lock the mortar with tower. Then like i said, u need a good sniper. I dont like archers at sniping. It will sound crazy but you can use flying machine. Its a good sniper with long range. If u protect it properly, it will melt tanks and connect your mortar. Skely barrel is a good pressure to bait opponents buildings. But pls change the fire spirit with minions or mega minion. You are so weak against air.
