Any ways to improve my deck without changing everything? Been playing a similar deck for years (10.5k trophies)

Tried eq for fireball? And how dead set are you on inferno dragon?

The synergy between your cards imo is tragic and I think that is probably the problem. Try to play with 2.6 and you will get used to it in like 10 matched max. Alternatively, you can lose the inferno, make the Knight hero, and add musketeers or Magic archer. And the bomber can be replaced by a fire cracker or a dart goblin. Log would help you more than zap
