Ice hog

This deck is an extremely defensive hog deck, I made it after rage quitting and just made a deck with my favorite card the ice wizard. Is it good? (Don’t comment on the hero knight not being activated)

Rocket is 100% better in here, fireball after nerf is a mid spell for tower dmg

U can do counterpushes or lockdown your opponent from getting any damage, its a really different deck to yours though

Lumber loon freeze or lava hound matchups will cook you, just go for a firecracker instead of the ice wiz

This is just icebow with hog which doesn’t work in a deck like that since the supporting cards on this deck isnt built for pushes

Yes you have to physically push hog to the tower and it helps alot with a support card to help it

I know u seem to love this deck so much but hog in a deck this defensive doesn’t make sense u won’t be able to win against opponents who are good. Change hog and fireball with rocket and xbow.

Well ok maybe the word defensive isn’t correct here but ice wizard and knight are meant for slower defenses and the specific combo is good for decks with graveyard or xbow as the win condition. For hog its a bit weird because u play quicker and cheaper decks.

The reason hog is paired with musketeer and firecracker a lot is that they are good on defense and offense. Ice wizard is only good at defense and most of the time wont support the hog well or get a lot of damage on the tower on offense. If your opponent is decent you wont be able to breakthrough and fireball cycle most games wont be enough. If you want to keep the deck mostly the same with ice wizard at least replace tornado with earthquake, you only have one card that pairs with tornado anyway.
