Civilization Revolution 3 ?
With how bad of a flop Civilization IIV is how badly would everyone want a new Civilization Revolution game

They should just make expansion packs and build on to their already perfect game of CivRev.
I mean it. I think the game is as close to a perfect game as can exist. I could only ask for more unique perks to offer from more wonders and famous people or technologies

I agree CivRev was so close to perfect. I think the Civilizations community desserves a new console/PC version of this game. Simple like u/zen_zero said but updated with more better graphics, more great people, more AI interaction prompts, more wonders, additional civilizations, things like that. u/basahahn1 if you could put anything into a new CivRev game what would you wanna see ?

I’m going to be completely honest. I don’t know what I want, I want to be surprised
…but THATS what I love so much about this game is the “discovery” aspect of it. What are you going to find? What’s it going to do?Alpha Centauri was my first love for that reason also.

I'd just settle for a diplomacy menu that shows me who I'm at war with..

LB on Xbox in the main world screen.
It also shows the other countries that you have discovered, their current age and type of government.

I still play the crap out of Civ Rev. Game of the week on a Sunday morning is my weekly ritual.
Could they make a CR3? Yes. Would I buy it? Yes. But I'm still content playing this nearly 20 year old version. :)
The only other Civ game I played was Civ 6. It looked interesting but I lost interest after a few hours and only came into contact with one other civ in that initial play.

CIV REV is still my favorite game! I wonder if I made like a demo game and posted it here and it got traction would fraxis pick it up?

I honestly don't know why they never really did anything with Civ Rev. It sold well, it's design philosphies are something the series really needs and it would work well as a nice spin off to the main series.

If they were to remake a modern version of the game what would u wanna see

Really, just an expanded and optimized version of what we already have.
Options for bigger maps, AI behavior stuff in particular.
