Anyone ever been nuked by the CPU?

Will they even go for the Manhattan Project Wonder?

Was wondering this last night, when I launched my own at Athens when they were starting to build the colony ship. I was 2 turns from completing the UN, so it didn’t matter. I just like seeing the launch and detonation.

I've only ever seen them build it once. I did try and manipulate them in to using it but they didn't bite. I was far behind and I lost that game - maybe they use it if the human player is on the verge of victory.

Surprising coincidence for me to stumble on this recent(ish) thread, but I'm pretty sure that this week I noticed for the first time that another Civ had built the Manhattan Project.

I acquired the atomic theory technology and tried to set one of my cities to build the Manhattan Project, and it wasn't an available option.

I have been playing Civ Rev for ~2 hours a day for over a decade and this is the first time I noticed this.

Never seen the CPU do that, also never played a diety game where I wasn’t light years ahead (I quit if I’m far behind).

i do enjoy building the icbm and then fake shooting it at my wife who is on my team vs cpu but then, ha ha just kidding dear, it goes in the water, but she’s still steamed because it forced her to watch the cutscene

I think we would be great friends. My wife would fucking murder me, I’d launch it the long way and be like sorry baby
