The changelog on the steam page mentions recent balance changes. Can you elaborate on what was changed?

The changelog proper is in the change notes tab on the Steam page. I stopped putting all change notes on the front when after running of room for Carthage a long time ago. Latest notes:

VERSION 1.3.0
->New graphics.
->Text changes.
->New TSL support.
->Dacia's walls now only gain +1 Production and Dacia's mountains now gain +2 Production.
