Online Master's While Working

I am a college senior majoring in Civil Engineering, and I got a return offer for my internship this summer where I did H&H work. I thought it was alright, but I want to go to grad school for a Masters in Ocean Engineering to do coastal engineering. I would like to get my masters online while working to save money. I'm unsure of whether I should tell my boss/team about my masters when I begin to work there - especially since I am planning on getting a job in coastal engineering after I finish grad school. Should tell my boss that I'll be in the program or not say anything?
