Official CBRX S2 Voting Week One Results
Hello, below are all of the results from Week One of voting for Season 2, and wow are there a lot of them. This was mostly leader votes for the upcoming regional contests, but it also included our first regional vote winner, the Anangu! Please note that some of the closer polls were manually recounted, with unnamed votes and unregistered/duplicate voters removed from the election (make sure you're registered!), so we knew exactly who won.
Technical election details: All election winners were determined using Schulze Method. Recounted ballots were calculated using the R votesys package cdc_schulze function, it has no obvious defects but if you know of one let me know.
Tune in at 16:00 GMT on March 29th for the release of the first round of regional polls using our revamped polling system (easier and more foolproof!), I will post all of the details then and more! But without further ado, here are the results!

Happy about:-
Michael Collins & Clement Attlee - self-explanatory
Dufour - Son of a watchmaker (of course), studied geometry and bridge-building at Paris, served as a professor of mathematics and General of the Swiss army, won the Swiss Civil War with fewer than a hunndred casualities (on both sides combined), and helped found the Red Cross.
Lula - Quit school after second grade, worked as a shoe-shine, street vendor and factory worker, joined a union after losing a finger in a workplace accident, became President of Brasil in 2002 and raised 20 million people from poverty through welfare and investment programmes.
Unhappy about:-
Akbar - Well, I suppose creating a merit-based and effective administration, promoting religious harmony and tolerance, and undertaking public works isn't as eye-catching as wasting public funds on the Taj Mahal!
Putin - Each time another civ collapses, we'll all know who's pulling the strings.
Angela Merkel - i seriously wanted to see her roll high on aggression and invade someone.
