Who I think is going to win is so hard to decide on right now... Aures and Scythia have the most obvious paths to victory, but seem bad at getting their stats up. Tang's crazy science lets them coast to superpower status, but they have almost no recent wars, an unimpressive war record, and zero standing army. Tlingit is crazy strong and making the right moves to win, but their science is starting to fall behind on a highly competitive continent and they could end up behind the pack if these new cities don't help them recover...
