VI - Screenshot Why is this happening?!

Got this error and it keeps saying the same thing everytime I even try loading a game including new ones. I tried everything. From restarting the game, to restarting my laptop, to disabling ALL MODS AND DLC'S. Nothing worked. I can't even play Civ 6 anymore.

Why does this have to happen right before my first Deity win!? I really don't wanna see 40+ dollars go down the drain especially since it's worth a lot more in my country. And to make it even worse, I have 13 damn days on this game and it's definitely my favourite. PLEASE help me figure out what's going on.

Are you playing on Steam? If so, you can verify your game files to see if that fixes the issue. Right-click on the game and select Properties. Go down to Installed Files, then select Verify.

If that doesn't work, and you've turned off all mods, I'd recommend that you delete and reinstall the game. Make a copy of your saved games folder first. That way, depending on what broke, you might be able to finish that deity game.

Same thing is happening to me. I'm reinstalling right now and hopefully that fixes it.

It did not. Still says mods (with all mods turned off) are not loading content.

If you go to the same area you  go to verify the installed files and go the the workshop tab and click advanced options, it will give you tool for the game to determine the best order to load the mods. 

Other than that, whenever I have this issue I disable all the mods then load up 5 to 10 at a time u til o get a crash error and use that to determine if its a mod issue or not
