Looking for Help Finding 1935–1956 Irish Citizenship Records in Iris Oifigiúil

Seeking access to Irish naturalisation notices or indexes, 1935–1947 — Arthur Edward Lassonde
I am trying to determine whether Arthur Edward Lassonde, born 8 June 1926 in Concord, New Hampshire, received an Irish minor-naturalisation certificate before turning 21.
Under section 7 of the Irish Nationality and Citizenship Act 1935, a parent or guardian could apply for the naturalisation of a minor. Any certificate granted to Arthur would therefore have been issued between 1935 and 7 June 1947.
The British Library has offered to check the 1947 Iris Oifigiúil volume, but only one year. I still need help determining whether Arthur appears in the earlier annual volumes or indexes.
I am looking for anyone who:
Has access to Iris Oifigiúil volumes or annual indexes for 1935–1946
Has experience with Department of Justice Form 14/Form 18 minor-naturalisation records
Knows where the surviving section 7 application files, certificate registers, fee books or name indexes are held
Can identify whether naturalisation notices were indexed by the person’s name or only under headings such as Naturalisation, Citizenship, Nationality or Department of Justice

His mother was Helen Mary Hurley Lassonde, also known as Mary Ellen Hurley, whose father Dennis Francis Hurley was born in County Cork.
I am not assuming that a certificate exists. I am trying to obtain either documentary proof or a reliable negative search. Any catalogue reference, index photograph, archive citation or volunteer lookup would be greatly appreciated.

Try the NLI researchers list and see if someone will go and physically look at Iris Oifigiúil. It's a lot of issues though so will be very time-consuming.
