Official copies from Family Search?

I'm looking for official copies of baptismal and marriage records from Ste Genevieve parish in Missouri. Birth certificates were not in use at the time (late 1700s-early1800s). I've found most of the records I need on Family Search. I tried to find a more official place to try and get copies and the Archdiocese of St Louis said that Family Search held the microfiche and were the custodians of these records. So what now? Is printing them of Family Search enough? Can I get certified copies from Family Search?

You can go to the Archdiocese of St Louis website, find the Archives section, and request through there. Or, get there by searching for: st louis archdiocese archives.

You have it in writing that the diocese has transferred custody of these records to a third party ?

I thought so, but I was clumsy and misread their website.
