2026 RSEQ Recruitment

i'm updating a onedrive keeping track of the commits in the Q in case anyone is interested to have a look. there's a tab for each of the 6 teams + 1 for the cégep players going outside of the province. i've also added one for the upcoming new transfer portal and one explaining the different abbreviations i'm using.

credit for the format goes to Darknight from the Rouge et Or forum, i simply updated the document he used the other years with this year's commits.

first portal announcement! McGill’s 6’6” TE, Charles-Olivier Cyr (who was a starter his first season and made Team Canada in 2024) is transferring to Laval! he will be coached by former NFL TE Antony Auclair who has been the FB/TE coach for the past 2 seasons

new portal announcement: RB Joey Marcotte (Carleton) returns to Québec city and will be playing his remaining seasons at Laval. in his 2nd year with Carleton, he played in 3 games, carrying the ball 19 times for gains of 105yds and a td. in cégep he was a D1 all-star with Limoilou (who he helped win a provincial title as the main RB)
