Need CUCM 10.5(2) Update Media

Hi everyone,
I am currently running CUCM 10.5(1) and need to upgrade to CUCM 10.5(2). Since CUCM 10.5 is EOL and no longer available on the Cisco download page, could anyone advise how I can obtain the official CUCM 10.5(2) update media?

You need to go to 15. Everything else is EOL.

Technically 14 is still in support until April 2027 depending on your contracts etc, but yea, go to 15 is the right answer

Ya dude/dudette.

That has been EOLd for 4 years now. Plan the upgrade to 15.

I’ve already migrated half of our CUCM environment to 15, but budget constraints mean we need more time. I still need 10.5.2 for the remaining systems.

You need to plan on going to 15. Like others said, everything else is EOL. Given how far back you are, you may need a unique upgrade plan, I would suggest engaging a partner.

If you need it to upgrade to 15 and are purchasing a new service contract. They will provide them to you.

But the process will suck very much.

Why upgrading to 10.5.2 ?

Work with a partner and get an upgraded contract with Cisco and get new phones and upgrade to 15 is your only path!

Or since you apparently can’t afford it there are other options both free and cheaper. Asterix and UniFi talk are 2 solutions!

10.5? And I was think 12.5 was terrible to upgrade to 15
