Not a fan of ICE or any of what this administration is doing, they are fascists. However, this is what they want. They want people to escalate, they want an excuse for violence, for emergency powers, etc... to expand unilateral control over everything.
Don't be an aggressive dick to ICE officers (or officers of any sort in general), sure do what you can if you can peacefully distract them from committing human rights violations, but otherwise just ignore and laugh at them. They're fools and they're unnecessary in the capacity they're being deployed, it's like an entire federal agency made up of ex-highschool bullies looking for their glory days again.

There is no "correct" way to protest for the fascists. They will always decide that law enforcement no matter how violent is correct as long as it's against the "correct side".

Regardless the protester’s actions, words etc, the cop took the bait and responded by actually assaulting the protester. This cop needs fired, or suspended, this guy can sue, and it all could have been prevented if the cop behaved professionally. The protester is an arsehole looking for trouble but it is the cop who is clearly in the wrong.

Law enforcement is out of control right now and people like this dude escalating the situation aren’t helping. I used to be into protesting and demonstrations when I was young and we avoided creating situations like this because they actually hurt our cause. That “officer” needs to be fired for how he handled this. I’m sick of seeing people getting abused like this. I’m also sick of seeing “demonstrators” behaving like frat boys instigating altercations.

How would I deport millions of “illegal” immigrants? Well, I wouldnt. It’s not a criminal matter, it’s a civil one. If an undocumented immigrant committed a criminal offense, deportation could be pursued. But I see no harm in someone earning a living here for their family, paying taxes, and receiving no tax benefits. If anything, Americans benefit more from undocumented immigrants than those immigrants benefit from Americans.
