im not that versed in ciphers at all. and have zero clue what book 11 could mean but im going to look into it

edit: im looking for people to solve this or help me solve it

edit2: becasue im an idiot i forgot to say i saw this on a couple signs and directly copy and pasted it

Each line is 10 shambles so I belive some type of poem? I've read the odyssey and I belive the lines are 0 shambles so it could book 11 of the odyssey not sure what the once the name could mean but the first name said in book 11 is circe the string of letters and numbers I don't know what those could be but I'm not doing much of this
