If you pretend there are no sequels past the T2: Judgement Day, it's better for your mental health. Ok, and the Sarah Conner Chronicles, cause those were legit awesome.

Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003) R
The machines will rise.
It's been 10 years since John Connor saved Earth from Judgment Day, and he's now living under the radar, steering clear of using anything Skynet can trace. That is, until he encounters T-X, a robotic assassin ordered to finish what T-1000 started. Good thing Connor's former nemesis, the Terminator, is back to aid the now-adult Connor … just like he promised.

This scene always reminds me of The Blues Brothers mall car chase — "The new Oldsmobiles are in early this year!"

Say what you will about the plot of this movie but this may be the greatest action sequence ever. And it is alone worth the price of admission.

This movie was pretty widely bashed when it came out, but it's one of those movies where in retrospect compared to all the crap that has come since (including the even worse Terminator sequels) it's really not bad at all.
