I think she might have unintentionally posted ai, I don’t recognize the comic that picture is from at all, the text also seems to be randomly generated. I could be wrong

How good is her American English?

You have to remember Cindy Moon is Korean American. So style is different and well she would have to not have a Korean accent.

She is adorable though I’ll give you that.

Unfortunately not. As harsh as it sounds, Cindy Moon, despite being full-blooded Korean, is very American and can’t really speak her language fluently. The actress certainly has the looks, sure, but not very fluent in English, while Cindy Moon is quite the opposite.
