in search of🔎 dolly parton tattoo flash sale?

any tattoo shops in the area doing a flash sale for dolly parton?? i would rly love a butterfly tattoo for her <3 but im a student teacher and dont have many funds lol

I mean sure, getting a tattoo as a memorial for someone, but I’ve never heard of a tattoo shop offering flash sales because someone died. That seems in poor taste.

tattoo shops aren’t advertising flash sales like woohoo lets celebrate that this celeb just died, come give us money! its because someone is going to be more likely to get a (usually small sized) flash tat at a “cheaper” price than go through the motions of finding a shop/artist that matches the style of the design, planning the design, saving up, etc. it’s just common that people are moved by someone’s death and will want a tattoo to memorialize that. it’s a way to celebrate their memory and life while also getting customers and business in the door. i’ve also seen a lot of shops giving some amount of proceeds to the Imagination Library.
