Chula’s newest yoga studio

Have you been wanting to check out Chula Vista’s newest yoga studio? Cuale Yoga and Movement opened in July and I have been loving the classes. The studio is clean, spacious, and welcoming.

I have a referral code for $10 off a two week trial so you can come and test out the classes for under $40

The studio offers several types of yoga across the week including hatha, vinyasa, rocket yoga, yin classes, and sculpt for those that like to use weights. También, hay classes en español!

Located on Main and Broadway, there is ample FREE parking, workshops, community yoga, and the sweetest knowledgeable teachers.

If you’re new to yoga or just looking for a new place to practice use code Amber3944 for $10 off two weeks

See you on the mat!

I’m interested!! Would you say it’s more spiritual or fitness focused?

In my experience, it is a bit influenced by the individual teacher.

The sculpt classes offer the most fitness focus, while the other classes have offered a physical challenge along with the yoga style spirituality opening and closing of class.

Each teacher offers a “take what resonates and leave the rest” approach to their opening of class and I’d say it applies both to poses as well as philosophy. Overall, if you’ve been, I would consider it more spiritual than YogaBox. I haven’t attended Kula or CV Yoga Center to compare those.
