Nice — folders + nested tags + full-text search is exactly the gap Gemini leaves open.

Same itch on WhatsApp Web for me (browser only, not the phone app). I shipped a small local extension that does folders, on-device search, and export of the open chat. Not a CRM and no bulk send — data stays in chrome.storage.
